If you reach us through WhatsApp, your message and phone number are received on our business number so we can respond and arrange your booking.

We use your details only to arrange home sample collection or lab visits, process your tests, prepare and deliver your reports, and communicate with you about your booking.
We may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm a slot, share fasting instructions, or inform you that a report is ready.
3. Test results and confidentiality
Your test results are confidential. They are reviewed and verified by our MD Pathologist and shared only with you (or a person you authorise). We do not publish or sell your health information.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your details are accessed only by our lab staff and pathologist for the purpose of delivering your test and report, and by service providers strictly needed to operate (for example, logistics for sample pickup).
We may disclose information if required by law or a valid legal request.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. This website
Our website is primarily informational. Enquiry and booking forms on the site open a pre-filled message in your own WhatsApp — you choose whether to send it. The site may use minimal local storage for basic functionality and does not track you for advertising.
