Accure Path Lab provides diagnostic laboratory testing with free home sample collection across Azamgarh City, Bilariyaganj and Jiyanpur, and at our lab in Azamgarh. Availability of specific tests and areas may vary and can be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Bookings and appointments
Bookings can be made through the website form, by phone, or on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after our team acknowledges it and, where applicable, agrees a collection slot with you.
Please provide accurate details (name, mobile number, address and the tests required) so we can serve you correctly.
4. Pricing
Prices shown on this website are current offer prices and may change without notice. Struck-through amounts, where shown, indicate the lab's listed rates where published. The final applicable price is confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Reports and medical disclaimer
Test reports are provided for diagnostic purposes and are verified by our MD Pathologist. Information on this website, including the Health Guide, is for general awareness only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

6. Home collection
Free home collection is offered within our stated service areas. For locations outside these areas, availability and any applicable arrangements can be confirmed on call or WhatsApp. Please ensure someone is available at the given address during the agreed slot.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a collection, please inform us as early as possible by call or WhatsApp so we can adjust our phlebotomist's schedule.
